Everyone starts off at a different place. Fitness is NOT one size fits all.
It doesn’t matter if you are a pro or a beginner, the one-on-one personal training atmosphere we create with you and your coach is the simply the fastest, safest, and most effective way to lay the foundation for long term change.
Each session is approximately 60 minutes and is custom tailored to your long term success in the gym.
Our strength and conditioning classes are perfect if you prefer a group atmosphere. You still get the benefit of one-on-one attention from our expert coaches. Each class is pre-programmed well in advance, so you know exactly what to expect. You can pick the classes that are most appropriate for your goals and needs.
Best of all, you can log and monitor your progress in our app!
If you spend a lot of time traveling for work or prefer to workout on your own, our coaches will develop the perfect training plan for you to achieve and maintain your success.
All of our workouts are easily followed right from your phone via our app. They come complete with detailed videos and instructions so that you won’t miss a single rep.

Workout whenever you want, on your schedule.
You can use this as a supplement to your personal training or group classes, or just as a stand alone gym membership.
Our coaches can even program your workouts for you so that you make the most effective use of your time in the gym.
EVERY MEMBERSHIP IS UNIQUE
Choose Between One Of Three Membership Types:
Group classes alternate between strength training & conditioning. We’re not about destroying your body so you’re sore for a week. Our class programming is sustainable and gets results.
Flex members enjoy unlimited group classes as well as four personal training session each month. This provides a balance of community and personalized attention.
Personal training packages include 60 minute private sessions with your personal coach. You and your goals will receive one-on-one expert attention every step of the way.

Jena is a Head Coach at Bella Strength. Jena was a competitive gymnast for eleven years and also competed at the collegiate level in pole vaulting. With a passion for athletics, she decided to pursue fitness as a career.
Health & Wellness Coach
Meagan wears several hats at Bella Strength. With her wide range of experience, Meagan brings energy to the group classes, while also working one-on-one with members seeking to make changes to their nutrition and lifestyle.
